Featuring 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the Heritage House encompasses approximately 5,820 square feet of quiet, comfortable space including a roomy main-floor seating area and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The house also includes a dedicated office space, upstairs study area with attached coffee bar, laundryroom with double washers and dryers and patio seating as a perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the kids play. An all-in-one facility, the Powderhorn Arena features a large indoor riding surface with a full battery of indoor stalls, and three levels of finished space with living quarters, full-scale kitchens and gathering areas! The arena has held a wide variety of events including retreats, family reunions, equine and livestock clinics and competitions, corporate and non-profit fundraising banquets, the annual Diamond-McNabb horse sale, two weddings, and TV film events including Season 3 of the Ultimate Cowboy Showdown. Known as the headquarters of Powderhorn hospitality, the Main House is THE place to gather for delicious home-cooked meals and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Serving three meals a day, visitors quickly feel at home as hot food hits the countertop, a blessing is offered, and everyone lines up with a plate! Various dining spaces within the house provide comfortable, family-style seating to enjoy an excellent meal, visit with new friends, and refuel before heading back to ranch activities.
